Automated rack lifts

ETV transport elevator

ETV transport elevator is used for horizontal and vertical transport of air freight containers in the warehouse. The operator controls the ETV from the control cabin. It can be operated on a pair of rails or on one rail only.

The ETV is equipped with a lifting frame between the front and rear pillars. The transport table is integrated in the lifting frame and allows for the loading and unloading of air freight containers. The container can be lifted together with the lift table and stowed in the rack drawer.

TV transport trolley

TV transport trolley is used for horizontal transport of air freight containers in the warehouse. The operator controls the TV from the control cabin. It can be operated on a pair of rails.

The ETV is equipped with a lifting frame between the front and rear pillars. The transport table is integrated in the lifting frame and allows for the loading and unloading of air freight containers.

  • BOOSTER – one pillar rack lift

Used for horizontal and vertical transport of crates. It uses a telescopic fork with a belt conveyor.

The lift can go up to 12m.

AKL – one pillar rack lift with a satellite

Used for horizontal transport of crates. It uses a telescopic fork with a belt conveyor.

The lift can go up to 24m.

ERD – one pillar rack lift with a satellite

The chain conveyor is designed for transporting ISO, EURO or BULKY pallets. The basic structure is made of steel profiles and standard components. The conveyor is designed as a modular structure. It is freestanding and fixed into the floor by means of screws. Mechanical guides are attached to the conveyor to direct the course of the dedicated pallet. The pallet sleds are placed perpendicular to the rollers on the conveyor. As a rule, only one transport unit can be transported on one conveyor.

DRIVEN ROLLER CONVEYOR

The driven roller conveyor is designed for transporting ISO, EURO or BULKY pallets. The frame structure is made of cold-rolled steel profiles. The rollers are driven by an electric motor with gears via a drive sprocket, with the chain running on top of the sprocket. Adjusting screws can regulate the transport height. The bearers can be fixed to concrete floors or steel structures with anchor bolts. An electrically driven roller conveyor is used for stepped pallet transport. As a rule, one conveyor belt is only used for the transport of one transport unit.

POWERED ROLLER CONVEYOR AND RELOADER

The powered roller conveyor and reloader is designed for transporting and directing loads onto perpendicular conveyor lines. A chain conveyor with a lifting mechanism (lower and upper position) is inserted between the roller conveyor. The reloader directs the load by taking the incoming load from the chain conveyor and lifting the load to the upper position, and transporting it to the transverse roller conveyor.

The transporter is dimensioned to transport one transport unit. The rollers are driven by toothed belts. All openings and hazardous areas (rotating parts), which could endanger the personnel during operation and maintenance, are protected by covers.

The table is dimensioned for the rotation (transport) of one pallet. The rollers are driven by toothed belts. All openings and hazardous areas (rotating parts), which could endanger the personnel during operation and maintenance, are protected by covers.
